abhavij.com
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Welcome to abhavij.com. This page explains the terms by which You may use our Service. By accessing or using the abhavij services, website, and software provided through or in connection with the Service (the “Service”), You signify that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms posted on the abhavij.com website or provided with the Service (collectively, this “Agreement”), whether or not You are a registered user of our Service.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion by posting the revised Agreement on the abhavij.com website and updating the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Agreement. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, listing owners, and others who access the Service (“Users”).
abhavij.com is a global online community and directory for businesses and events. The Service allows Users to discover, list, browse, search, review, and discuss local and international businesses and events, and to connect with other Users who share similar interests.
The Service is operated by abhavij, an individual business established in Bavaria, Germany (“abhavij,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
You do not have to register in order to browse abhavij.com. To access certain features — including creating or claiming listings, leaving comments or reviews, and interacting with other Users — You will need to register and create a “Member” account. Your account gives You access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time at our sole discretion.
You may never use another Member’s account without permission. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account and password and for restricting access to Your account, and You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account or password. You agree to notify abhavij immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account at admin@abhavij.com.
You may change the settings on Your account page to control Your profile and how other Members communicate with You. By providing abhavij.com Your email address, You consent to our using the email address in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement, we grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Service. All rights not expressly granted to You in this Agreement are reserved and retained by us or our licensors, suppliers, rightsholders, or other content providers.
No part of the Service may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, scraped, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Service without our prior written permission. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of abhavij.com, nor use any meta tags or “hidden text” utilizing our name or trademarks, without our express written consent.
You may use the Service only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by us terminate automatically if You do not comply with this Agreement.
In order to protect our Members from unsolicited advertising or solicitation, abhavij.com reserves the right to restrict the number of communications, listings, or comments that a Member may submit in any 24-hour period to a number that abhavij.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
abhavij may permanently or temporarily terminate, suspend, or otherwise refuse to permit Your access to the Service, with or without notice and without liability, for any reason, including if in abhavij’s sole determination You violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, You continue to be bound by the sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination.
The Service is subject to scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions. All aspects of the Service are subject to change or elimination at abhavij’s sole discretion. You agree, to the maximum extent permitted by law, that abhavij.com will not be liable to You for any interruption of the Service, delay, or failure to perform.
You are solely responsible for Your interactions with other abhavij Users and with the businesses and events listed on the Service. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between You and other Users. abhavij shall have no liability for Your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.
The Service allows Members to create, submit, or claim listings for businesses and events (“Listings”). If You submit a Listing, You represent and warrant that:
abhavij does not verify the accuracy, legality, or quality of any Listing. We do not endorse, sponsor, or guarantee any business or event listed on the Service. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any Listing at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, including Listings that we believe violate this Agreement, are duplicated, are spam, or are otherwise objectionable.
Disputes regarding the ownership of a Listing (for example, between a current publisher and a person claiming to be the rightful business owner) will be handled at our sole discretion. We may require documentary proof of ownership or authorization before transferring or modifying a Listing.
Some areas of the Service allow Users to upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available posts, reviews, comments, questions, ratings, images, and other information, including Users’ names, voices, and likenesses (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for Your User Content.
You agree not to post User Content that is:
You hereby represent that You own all the rights (including copyright) in Your User Content, or that You have the legal right to post it, and that You have the power to grant the license set out in Section 5.
abhavij reserves the right (but has no obligation) to monitor, review, edit, reject, or remove any User Content at any time and for any reason. abhavij takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that You or any other User or third party posts or sends through the Service. You understand and agree that any loss or damage of any kind that occurs as a result of the use of any User Content that You post is solely Your responsibility.
You understand and acknowledge that You may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, abhavij shall not be liable for any damages You allege to incur as a result of such User Content. abhavij may provide tools to remove some User Content but does not guarantee that all or any User Content will be removable.
By posting any User Content on the Service, You grant to abhavij a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform such User Content in connection with operating, providing, promoting, and improving the Service. This license continues for as long as Your User Content is stored on the Service. Upon deletion of Your User Content (or Your account), this license will terminate, except that: (i) residual copies may continue to exist in backups for a limited period; and (ii) User Content that has been shared with or incorporated by others may continue to be used by them under the terms of this license.
You represent and warrant that You own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content You post, that the content is accurate, that use of the User Content You supply does not violate this Agreement and will not cause injury to any person or entity, and that You will indemnify abhavij for all claims resulting from User Content You supply.
Except for Your User Content, the Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby — including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, and videos (collectively, the “abhavij Content”) — and all intellectual property rights related thereto are the exclusive property of abhavij and its licensors. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such intellectual property rights, and You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any materials or content accessible on the Service. Use of the abhavij Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.
You may choose to, or we may invite You to, submit comments or ideas about the Service, including without limitation about how to improve the Service (“Ideas”). By submitting any Idea, You agree that Your disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, and without restriction and will not place abhavij under any fiduciary or other obligation, and that we are free to use the Idea without any additional compensation to You, and/or to disclose the Idea on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone. You further acknowledge that, by acceptance of Your submission, abhavij does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to abhavij or obtained from sources other than You.
The Service is intended solely for Users who are 16 years of age or older. By registering or using the Service, You represent and warrant that You are at least 16 years old. Any registration, use, or access to the Service by anyone under 16 is unauthorized and in violation of this Agreement.
If You are under the age of majority in Your jurisdiction (typically 18), You may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who is fully able and competent to enter into this Agreement on Your behalf. By using the Service, You represent that You meet these requirements and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.
abhavij respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Users to do the same. If You believe that Your copyrighted work or trademark has been used on the Service in a way that constitutes infringement, please send us a notice at admin@abhavij.com containing the following information:
We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and, where appropriate, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, or services that are not owned or controlled by abhavij — including links to listed businesses, event organizers, ticketing providers, and advertising networks. abhavij has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. If You access a third-party website from abhavij, You do so at Your own risk, and You understand that this Agreement and abhavij’s Privacy Policy do not apply to Your use of such sites.
You expressly relieve abhavij from any and all liability arising from Your use of any third-party website, service, or third-party-owned content. Your dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers or merchants found on abhavij, including payment and delivery of goods and any other terms (such as warranties), are solely between You and such advertisers or merchants. You agree that abhavij shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to Your dealings with such third parties.
The Service may in the future display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. The display of such advertisements does not imply endorsement of the advertised products or services by abhavij. We encourage You to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party website or service that You visit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless abhavij and its operator, affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
The content on the Service, including Listings and User Content, may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the content on the Service at any time without prior notice. However, we do not guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions will be corrected.
The Service and all information, content, materials, products, and other services included on or otherwise made available to You through the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abhavij makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service, the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any Listing, User Content, or other materials, or the information, content, materials, products, or other services included on or otherwise made available to You through the Service. You expressly agree that Your use of the Service is at Your sole risk.
abhavij specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. abhavij does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except that (a) where You are a consumer, You also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You reside, and (b) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
Where legally permitted, the courts in Bavaria, Germany shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement. However, consumers may also bring claims before the courts of their country of residence.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. We are not required and do not agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Your personal information when You use abhavij.com (the “Service”), a global online community and directory for businesses and events. It also describes Your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar U.S. state laws, Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and other applicable data protection laws, and how You can exercise them.
By using the Service, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Where we rely on consent as the legal basis for processing, we will ask for Your consent separately before processing Your data.
The data controller responsible for the processing of Your personal data is:
For the purposes of the CCPA/CPRA, abhavij is the “business” that collects Your personal information. For the purposes of PIPEDA, abhavij is the “organization” responsible for Your personal information. If You have any questions or wish to exercise Your rights, please contact us using the details above.
Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
When You register an account, submit a business or event listing, leave a comment, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Service, we may ask You to provide:
When visitors leave comments on the Service, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from Your email address (a hash) may be provided to spam detection services to check whether You are using one. After approval of Your comment, Your profile picture or a generated avatar may be visible to the public in the context of Your comment.
If You upload images to the Service, You should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the Service can download and extract any location data from images posted on the Service. We recommend stripping EXIF data before uploading if You are concerned about Your location being shared.
Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service and may include:
When You access the Service through a mobile device, we may also collect the type of mobile device, its unique ID, mobile operating system, and mobile browser type.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, tags, and scripts) to track activity on the Service and store certain information. You can instruct Your browser to refuse cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; however, some parts of the Service may not function properly without cookies.
Where required by law (including under the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive), we use non-essential cookies — such as analytics, advertising, and remarketing cookies — only with Your prior consent, which You provide through our cookie consent banner. You can withdraw or change Your consent at any time through our cookie preferences tool or Your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If You leave a comment on our Service You may opt in to saving Your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for Your convenience so that You do not have to fill in Your details again when You leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If You visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if Your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when You close Your browser.
When You log in, we will also set up several cookies to save Your login information and Your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If You select “Remember Me,” Your login will persist for two weeks. If You log out of Your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If You edit or publish an article or listing, an additional cookie will be saved in Your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the item You just edited. It expires after 1 day.
The Service uses browser-based storage mechanisms such as local storage and session storage solely for technical purposes — for example, to detect emoji support or temporarily store interface values. This data does not track users, is not used for analytics or marketing, and does not contain personal data. Because it is strictly necessary for the operation of the website, it does not require consent under applicable data protection laws.
Articles and listings on this Service may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, maps). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about You, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor Your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking Your interaction if You have an account and are logged in to that website. We have no control over these practices and encourage You to review the privacy policies of those third-party websites.
Under the GDPR, we process Your Personal Data only where we have a valid legal basis:
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (see Section 11).
The Service is currently free to use. In the future, we may display advertisements on the Service provided by third-party advertising networks, ad exchanges, or other advertising partners (collectively, “Advertising Partners”), such as Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, or similar services.
When ads are enabled, Advertising Partners may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and similar technologies to:
Where required by the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, or similar laws, we will only enable advertising cookies and personalized advertising after obtaining Your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, in which case we will serve only non-personalized ads or no ads at all, depending on our Advertising Partners’ capabilities.
For California residents, the use of cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out of such sharing at any time — see Section 12. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request.
We encourage You to review the privacy policies of our Advertising Partners. For Google advertising services, see:
You can also opt out of personalized advertising through industry tools such as:
If You request a password reset, Your IP address will be included in the reset email.
We do not sell Your Personal Data for monetary consideration. If our use of advertising cookies qualifies as “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA, You may opt out as described in Section 12.
We retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Unless otherwise stated, the periods below are maximum periods.
If You leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. You may request deletion of Your comments at any time (see Section 11).
For users that register on the Service, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We may retain Personal Data beyond these periods where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, at Your explicit request, or due to technical limitations (e.g., encrypted backups). When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the data.
If You are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, You have the following rights regarding Your Personal Data:
Additionally, if You have an account on this Service, or have left comments, You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about You, including any data You have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about You. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at admin@abhavij.com. We will respond within one month, as required by the GDPR. We may ask You to verify Your identity.
This section applies to residents of U.S. states that have adopted comprehensive consumer privacy laws, including California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), and other states with similar laws. Depending on Your state of residence, You may have some or all of the following rights:
You may submit a request by emailing admin@abhavij.com with the subject line “U.S. Privacy Rights Request” and specifying which right You wish to exercise. We will verify Your identity by matching information You provide with information we already hold. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on Your behalf; we will require proof of the agent’s authorization.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of “sale” and “sharing” under California law and of targeted advertising under other state laws, where applicable.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA:
We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes that would require an opt-out under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.
If You are a resident of Canada, Your personal information is protected by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial laws such as Quebec’s Law 25, British Columbia’s PIPA, and Alberta’s PIPA. You have the following rights:
We follow the ten fair information principles set out in Schedule 1 of PIPEDA: accountability, identifying purposes, consent, limiting collection, limiting use/disclosure/retention, accuracy, safeguards, openness, individual access, and challenging compliance.
To exercise Your rights, please contact us at admin@abhavij.com. If You are not satisfied with our response, You have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (
https://www.priv.gc.ca), or with Your provincial privacy commissioner where applicable.
As the Service operates globally, Your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA, the United Kingdom, Canada, or Your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, which may be located in another country.
Whenever we transfer Personal Data outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on safeguards permitted under the GDPR, including:
For transfers involving Canadian residents, we ensure a comparable level of protection through contractual and organizational safeguards as required by PIPEDA. You may request a copy of the safeguards we use by contacting us at admin@abhavij.com.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Your Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, secure hosting, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to Your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR Art. 33, and You directly without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk. We will also comply with applicable U.S. state breach notification laws and with PIPEDA’s breach reporting requirements where applicable.
Current third-party services used on the Service include:
We will update this list whenever we add new Service Providers, including any advertising networks once ads are enabled on the Service.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 16. In the United States, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Under the CCPA/CPRA, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
If You are a parent or guardian and become aware that Your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can take steps to remove that information.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including listed businesses and event organizers. We do not operate these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We strongly advise You to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable law. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
If You have any questions, wish to exercise Your rights, or have concerns about how we handle Your Personal Data, please contact us:
