Established in 1982 by Leila Taghinia Milani Heller in New York, Leila Heller Gallery has spent over four decades cementing its global reputation as a pioneering institution for fostering creative dialogue between Western artists and those from the Middle East and Asia. By introducing masters of Iranian contemporary art—such as Hossein Zendehroudi, Monir Farmanfarmaian, Nikzad Najoumi, and Weiwei CM—the gallery has played a crucial role in bridging diverse artistic landscapes. Following the 2015 opening of its state-of-the-art flagship in Dubai—which stands as the largest gallery in the UAE—and a strategic shift toward the secondary market in New York, featuring works by icons like Andy Warhol and Jeff Koons, the gallery has expanded its reach far beyond traditional exhibition spaces. Through its commitment to educational programming, the publication of scholarly catalogues, specialized panels, and an active presence at major international art fairs, Leila Heller Gallery serves as a dynamic platform for fostering profound artistic discourse among artists, curators, and cultural institutions worldwide.
