دکتر فرشاد مفتخر، از  دندان‌پزشکان زیبایی در کالیفرنیا، با بیش از ۲۰ سال سابقه پیوسته در ارائه‌ درمان‌های پیشرفته در زمینه‌ زیبایی لبخند است. او پس از دریافت مدرک کارشناسی زیست‌شناسی از دانشگاه UCLA در سال ۱۹۸۷، مدرک دکترای دندان‌پزشکی (DDS) خود را از دانشگاه University of the Pacific در سال ۱۹۹۰ دریافت کرد.

Dr. Farshad Moftakhar is a cosmetic dentist and oral surgeon with over 20 years of clinical experience in aesthetic and implant dentistry. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UCLA (1987) and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry (1990).

In 1992, he obtained his Dental Implant Surgery Certification and has since established and operated Pacific Dental Care, a premier cosmetic practice in Beverly Hills. With nearly two decades of experience in implant placement, Dr. Moftakhar is known for combining artistry and precision to deliver natural, long‑lasting results.
