Simon P. Etehad is a California trial attorney and the founding principal of Etehad Law, A Professional Corporation, based in Beverly Hills. Over a 26-year career, he has focused on civil litigation and personal injury, recovering tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. Mr. Etehad earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, where he founded the Jewish Legal Society, and is licensed to practice before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is known for his work in complex litigation, including the appellate case Ahdout v. Hekmatjah (2013) 213 Cal.App.4th 21, where the Court of Appeal addressed the enforceability of contractual limits on judicial review of arbitration awards.
