دکتر نیکو مقتدر از فارغ‌التحصیلان برجسته دانشگاه کالیفرنیای جنوبی (USC) است. او تحصیلات کارشناسی خود را در دانشگاه USC به پایان رساند و در سال ۱۹۹۹ مدرک دکترای دندان‌پزشکی (DDS) را از دانشکده دندان‌پزشکی همان دانشگاه دریافت کرد و در میان دانشجویان ممتاز فهرست رئیس دانشکده قرار گرفت. دکتر مقتدر با تعهدی پایدار به پیشرفت علمی، در ده‌ها دوره آموزش مداوم، کارگاه تخصصی و سخنرانی‌های علمی شرکت کرده تا دانش خود را در زمینه دندان‌پزشکی جامع و بیولوژیکی، دندان‌پزشکی زیبایی، و روش‌های نوین درمانی گسترش دهد.
